"They already had plants growing when they started the simulation," Adri reads from the handbook. "At any time each pod has a mix of seedlings, growing plants, and mature plants ready to be harvested, so the total plant mass should always be about the same."

You and Adri examine the charts. "I agree with Haidee," she says finally. "I don't see much difference. And Foster's plants seem to be doing just fine."
